BURN 2 / full body circuit
You'll need:
- two dumbbells (3kg is ideal, filled water bottles, wine bottles, bags of rice can also be used, just make sure you have two of equal weight)
- a long band for stretching (can also use a towel or dressing gown tie!)Mixing it up with a circuit style workout!
